Choose your team wisely!

We found this image online while looking for World Cup Pizza Deals…  Now we don’t have a team in the World cup to support, we may as well jump on the ‘other country’ bandwaggon and get ordering a takeaway while we’re at it to take our mind off things!

Mind you – if you chose your teams how you choose your pizza in the pic below – you might not feel so confident about a win…

Some bright spark in Germany has created a pizza topping for each country, so we think you should order as close to the ingredients below as you can get from your local takeaway for each country of each World Cup Match you watch (that’s if you actually understand what they’ve put on some of these!)

If anyone can find out how to ‘order an Iran‘ or get any store to ‘make you a Ghana‘, we’d love to hear from you.

Deutschland – Salami and Cheese. Simple, hot and lots of football shaped things on the top to remind you of your recent defeat

Costa Rica - Vorderschinken (Ham?), Pineapple and extra cheese (you can say that again)

Polen – fresh mushrooms and feta? Yup that reminds me of Poland alright!

Ecuador – Ham again, mushrooms and jalapenos HOT HOT

Argentinien – doesn’t say anything about cheating hehe – Beef, onion and cheese.

Elfenbeinkuste – Beef, corn and chilli peppers but we have no idea where it’s from!

England – apparently this one has sold out… Eggs and Bacon

Paraguay – Bacon and hot peppers – what’s not to like?

Trinidad & Tobago – Salami, and pepperoni but it looks like some pretty hot chillis on the top there too! At your Peril.

Angola – Spinach and gorgonzola – I have no idea what the national dish is, but that sounds extreme!

Iran - Curry sauce? on a pizza? with curried something,  Pineapple and cheese? – sounds awful! WE WANT ONE!

Schweden - Salami, fresh mushrooms and pepperoni – there were we thinking they might have some of their famous meatballs!

Serbien & Montenegro – do they have a football team? they had a fit bird in the Eurovision! Ham, mushrooms, olives, artichoke and pepperoni – very exotic – will they make it?

Niederlande - looks awful – cream, hollandaise, onion, meat of some kind and cheese! But they’re doing better than us and they’re also TALLER so we take it all back, and they can eat what they like!

Mexico – Pepperoni, Salami, Jalapeno and just in case it wasn’t hot enough – some tabasco!

Portugal – spinach, ham and an egg – what about the sardines and piri piri?

Italien – tomato (the only one that mentions tomato), mozzarella and fresh basil – classic

Ghana – WTF? Cheese and mandarins? with Paprika? Ewwwwwwwwww

Brasilien – Broccoli – corn, paprika and olives – yeah brazil are known for their broccoli

Kroatien - BBQ sauce, knusprigem (?) bacon and onions!

Frankreich – Hollandaise spargel, paprikan artichoke and cheese!

USA – AMERICA F yeah! MEAT – BBQ sauce, pepperoni, salami, beef, chester? (what?), bacon – heart attack central!

Tschechien – hollandaise, pepperoni, bacon, broccoli and paprika – looks nice! No idea what country this is

Australien - Mozzarella, Rocket, parmesan and fresh something or other –  nothing staight from the barbie?

Japan – Tuna and onions – yummy!

Saudi Arabien – spinach, hollandaise, muschrooms and who knows what else! is this a veggie option?

Spanien - Pepperoni, Salami and onion – bring your own Sangria

Ukraine – Looks like bacon and mushrooms to us!

Tunisien - lol it’s anyones guess – knoblauch anyone?

Schweiz – 4 cheese – edam, mozarella, feta and gorgonzola

SuoKorea – Tuna, onion, Salami

Togo – BBQ Sauce, onions, Cheese, Pepperoni, Pepper Sweetcorn, Paprika
